Europack

Europack is handy and durable stacking container, produced in various options and dimensions which make it possible to deliver goods from supplier's warehouse straight to manufacturer's assembling line without reloading and repacking. The distinguishing feature of these containers is convenience while transporting the goods, as the container is stacking and foldable. Return rate of some types of Europack is 7, which means that 7 trucks are required to deliver containers with products, while empty folded containers can be delivered with 1 truck, that results in considerable reduction of transportation costs. Load door and removable lid reduces the % of damage during the process of loading/unloading, as personnel of assembling line don't have to use extra tools to access to contents of container as in case of using carton boxes when up to 20 % of goods can be damaged while transporting / loading / unloading. Unlike carton boxes Europack is resistable to bad weather conditions. Any damaged part of Europack can be easily replaced by a new one.
Europack is stacking container which consists of 3 parts: sleeve, pallet and lid.
Sleeves are made of cellular polypropylene. Load door can be made at any side of sleeve depending on assembly line requirements. It is possible to produce Europack with several load doors or removable part of the sleeve.
Pallet and lid are made of 2-layer HDPE. There are 4 locks on pallet and lid to provide fastening of the Europack parts. Our company offers the Europack of the following dimensions:

There are various options of the sleeve: single load door, double load door, different heights and removable part of the sleeve.

According to dimensions and special features of transported goods our company offers following options of inserts:
